Therapist Training Program

The Therapist Training Program offers health-care practitioners the best available education in the original Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT).  Our teachers have a passionate, caring focus that will help you to realize the best possible outcomes for your patients.

The courses are open to licensed or certified health care practitioners who have graduated from a practitioner training program.  Please note: for massage therapists, a minimum of 500 hours in the curriculum of one massage therapy training program or successful completion of the US National Certification exam is required.

The training is offered in four consecutive parts: Basic, Therapy I, Therapy II & III. Each is five days duration. The total training is 160 hours of classroom education which is the most extensive available and exceeds the requirements of the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA). In addition, advanced classes are offered each year to therapists who have completed the training.

For the convenience of health care practitioners who are often not able to leave work for a four - week time period, these courses may be taken independently at various locations and times. However we do ask that you complete the full training within a 2 year period.

Please view the Course Schedule for an up-to-date schedule of classes and call the organizer direct for further class information.
